Interview with Marc Krieger

Next up in the TNAsylum Gutcheck Bracket Challenge Interviews is "Every Ladies Dream" Marc Krieger.  Marc is in Bracket 12 and is open from May 18-20.

My first question is do you watch TNA and if so how long have you been watching TNA?
I have been watching TNA since the beginning. Has not been a situation where I watched religiously every week but have kept up on it since it began.

What are your thoughts on the new Gutcheck Challenge with the fans voting?
I think it's a great thing for wrestling in general. Now the casual fan or any fan in general has access to see the next crop of talent they might have never known existed. Also it lets TNA get a better understanding of what the public is looking for in terms of characters and types of
wrestlers .

Which wrestler inspired you to become a professional wrestler?
I was a late bloomer and started watching wrestling in the 97-98 year. When I started watching I was hooked on Goldust. I loved the way he cut a promo and followed through 110% with his character. After starting to study wrestling I started to really like Rick Rude, loved the way he could get heat from anyone, anywhere.

Who trained you to be a wrestler?
A few people have helped in my training.  The one person who basically created me and molded me was and still is Colin Delaney.

Which promotion do you primarily wrestle for?
The company I primarily work for is Pier 6 Wrestling out of Rochester NY.

What is your finishing move called and what exactly is it?
I call it The Daydreamer and it is a belly to back suplex and at its highest point I turn it into a neckbreaker.

For those that have never seen you wrestle what makes you stand out?
I don't really know what to say to answer that. All I can tell you is go watch my matches online at www.youtube.com/themarckrieger and you will find out.

Have you ever had a match with anyone in the Gutcheck Challenge?
I have had matches with many. Some include: Vince Beach, Kwan Chang, Julian Starr, Punisher Van Slyke, Rocco Perrelli, Rockin Rebel, and Steve Off.

If you could have a match with anyone in TNA who would you choose?
I would love to have a match with Sting. I mean who wouldn't he is a legend! Be in there with someone who could teach me so much with just one match.

What is your gimmick?
It was very much like Rick Rude but as time went on and I decided this is what I want to do with my life I needed to take this more seriously. I took Marc Krieger from a gimmick with a little bit of comedy to a very focused and serious wrestler. I was known as Every Ladies Dream. I don't need to tell you anymore what I am. You come watch and see for yourself. Love me or hate me it doesn't matter. All that matters is when you're done watching me you will be satisfied with what I give you!

Is there any wrestler out there that you would compare yourself too?
I would compare myself to Marc Krieger. I am the first of me and that's all I want to be. Others have compared me to early young Chris Jericho or Rick Rude.
