Talon's Take
Looking at Impact's numbers, it appears that the buzz over "they" has worn off. I attribute the falling ratings to the lack of intrigue from that storyline and secondly to the lack of big name talent such as a Hulk Hogan, or a Mick Foley or even a Sting. While guys like Keller constantly criticize TNA for not developing younger talent, they then and go criticize them for a significant ratings drop when they end up doing so.
It will take a very long time for TNA to grow to where many believe they should be. TNA has a history of hitting a high number and then trailing that number years later as a regular occurrence. TNA hit a 1.3 in late 2008. In 2009 and 2010, TNA hit that number regularly and it became a norm. TNA will bounce up and down in their range for years but over the long term, that number will continue to grow.

The good news out of the numbers is that Reaction hit a strong .75 for last night's weaker number. I have a feeling that the Matt Morgan angle got the fans interested in watching the show.
