We like to call ourselves THE Haven for TNA fans; which is more than just a slogan but a direction of our site. The word TNAsylum doesn't actually exist but when Phenom AJ Jones and I came up with it, we wanted something unique that meant something. It had to include TNA because that's what the site was about. The second part of the word was important because Asylum is a refuge or a haven where people can go. So literally TNAsylum means "A Haven for TNA Fans."
This site is adored in our circle, notorious in others and irrelevant in many others, but that doesn't bother me. What also doesn't bother me is the amount of drama that happens behind the scenes when dealing with unruly readers, writers or even people not associated with the site. With all the drama and hassles of running a TNA Wrestling Website, it is all worth it.
I am not going to say that I did this alone because 1) that would be stupid and 2) that would be a lie. It took the efforts of other reporters, writers and you the readers to make TNAsylum work. Through all that collective effort, this community is larger than ever and stronger than ever.
While I could literally go on and on about who I would like to thank (and many of you will remain nameless) there are a few important ones who have put tons of effort into this site. First and foremost, "Phenom" AJ Jones, who has remained an anonymous figure behind the scenes. JSO, who has really stepped up and shown a great work ethic and creativity that helps drive this site. Our many writers (FK9, Will, Kidney, Blade, Mister TNA, Shelbin, Big Dawg, Messenger etc etc) who continue to put out columns that our readers enjoy. I would also finally like to thank you, the readers for your constant and consistent support of the site.
The TNAsylum brand is incredibly important to myself and the many names attached to this site so we will continue trying to do everything to establish and grow that brand. We thank you for your support for however long you have supported us and request that you continue supporting us as you haven't seen anything yet.
